Second Assignment

For our second assignment we took pictures that had to deal with light and form. We used different light sources to emit shadows to create our pictures. Here's what I got.

Richard Avedo was born on May 15th, 1923 in San Antonia, Texas. He was an American fashion and portrait photographer. In his early career he worked as an advertising photographer for a department store. Later down the line he started doing photography for magazines such as Vogue and Life. Richard had photographed many famous people such as Marilyn Monroe, Andy Warhol and the Beatles. Richard had numerous museum exhibitions around the world. Student Show

One of our assignments included a student show. There were many students who submitted their work from all over the art department. We had pictures to paintings to sculptures. It was a fun experience and I got to see some really good artwork. I submitted this picture and I title it "The Old Times". I had a to figure out if I wanted to make it colored or black and white. I eventually made it with color. .
